Wie Sie in Sachen Kundenservice und Zufriedenheit von einem FAHRRAD-Geschäft lernen können!
Vor einigen Tagen ist der Vorderreifen meines Fahrrades geplatzt.Da ich selbst kein Flickzeug dabei hatte, und auch zu Hause nichts finden konnte, habe ich mich entschlossen, mein Fahrrad zu einem Fahrradgeschäft zu bringen, und es dort reparieren zu lassen.
Ich sagte ihm, er solle den Schlauch austauschen, da wohl eine Scherbe diesen zerstochen hatte. Für ihn war das eine Routineaufgabe, die er für mich innerhalb eines Tages erledigte.
Als ich wieder kam, um das Fahrrad abzuholen, war ich jedoch sehr positiv überrascht: nicht nur der Schlauch wurde ausgetauscht. Darüber hinaus hat er beide Reifen aufgepumpt, die Bremsen nachgezogen, die Kette geölt und die Lichtanlage in Ordnung gebracht, weil mein Rücklicht einen Wackelkontakt hatte.
Mein erster Gedanke war „Oh nein, das wird teurer, als erwartet.“ Doch der Fahrradhändler, hat mir nur den gewechselten Schlauch in Rechnung gestellt. Den Rest hat er „einfach so“ gemacht!
